How much does MuniServe really cost each month?

A flat ₱ 5,999/month, VAT inclusive and FREE 1,000 SMS per month. Unlimited Website Hosting already included. No hidden fees.

What happens when we use more than 1,000 SMS?

Extra messages cost ₱ 0.65 each and are billed every quarter. You will see a clear usage report before we invoice.

How long does it take to set up our first permit workflow?

About 3–5 working days. We do the setup online and train your staff over Zoom or we can arrange an onsite onboarding and training at an extra cost depending on the location.

Do we need special computers or servers?

No. MuniServe runs in the cloud on AWS. Any PC or smartphone with internet and a browser will work.

Is citizen data safe and Data-Privacy-Act compliant?

Yes. All data is stored on encrypted AWS servers in Asia. Only staff you authorize can see your residents’ records.

Can each barangay see only its own applicants?

Yes. We give barangay users “assigned-only” access, so they see just their residents while the municipal admin sees everything.

What if our internet goes down—can we still release permits?

Staff can print pending permits from any PC once the line is back. Citizens’ online forms simply queue until the connection returns. Nothing is lost.

Can we add or delete approval steps later?

Absolutely. Your admin can drag-and-drop new stages (e.g., Engineering, BFP) in a few clicks—no coding needed.

How do citizens pay if we don’t accept online payments yet?

They pay at the Treasurer’s window as usual and upload a photo of the receipt. The system then marks the permit as “paid.”

Who do we contact if we need help?

You get a dedicated support chat and phone number. We answer within 1 business hour during office days.

Do you really offer unlimited websites?

Yes. MuniServe offers unlimited website hosting and free builder. All you need to do is to purchase the domain and we'll help you get set up! We can set up a special websites for your Municipality, Mayor, Vice Mayor, Councilors, etc.

How long does it take to complete the onboarding?

Our average onboarding last up to two (2) weeks. It takes a week for DICT to issue a .gov.ph domain to each municipality and also a week to get an approval from our telecommunications provider to use your LGU name as the sender's name for the SMS. Those two applications are simultaneous. On week 2, we will conduct the training either onsite or online.

Does MuniServe have a mobile app?
